Donald Soule
President Don Soule joined LPA Software, Inc. in 1978 and built the Consulting and Application Development organizations before moving into Product Development as Vice President. Under his direction, the company's software development operation extended a record of steady growth and profitability for more than twenty years. As co-founder of LPA Systems, Inc., he negotiated the purchase of assets from Xelus, Inc. to establish the foundation of the new company in 2002. Mr. Soule is an active board member of business and philanthropic organizations in the Rochester community. He has a B.A. from Earlham College, a CPA, and an M.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Rochester's Simon School. |
Katrina Adams
Vice President, Operations Katrina Adams graduated from Queen's University in Belfast, Northern Ireland, with B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Applied Mathematics. She has held positions in project and development management at corporations in the U.K. and across the U.S., including Glaxo Pharmaceutical, Corning Glassworks and applications development companies. Dr. Adams joined Xelus, Inc., then LPA Software, in 1996 as a software engineer and advanced to become the Director of Custom Software Development, heading up many of the projects that transferred to LPA Systems as part of the asset purchase in 2002. She is a co-founder of the company and nominated IT Woman of the Year in 2002 by The Association for Women in Computing. |
Raymond Shady
Vice President, Business Development Ray Shady has held a number of senior regional and national positions in sales and marketing for companies in New York, Virginia and New Jersey. Prior to co-founding LPA Systems, he was VP of sales and marketing for LPA Software from 1991-99. Dr. Shady, who has 26 years experience in software and systems business, earned a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto in Renaissance Literature. |
Gentry Politte
Member of the Board Gentry Politte retired as Founding Partner and Chairman of the Board of LPA in January, 2005, and he remains active in business development efforts for the company. Gentry completed a distinguished 27 year career with the Eastman Kodak Company and joined LPA Software, Inc. in 1995, where he was Vice President of Business Development and Alliances. As co-founder of LPA Systems. his breadth of sales operations experience and his relationships within the manufacturing, managed services and telecommunications sectors were critical to the successful launch of the new company. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Oklahoma State University where he played center field for the Cowboys when they won the College Baseball World Series in 1959. |
