Managing Director of Idea Integration Joins LPA Systems

John Antonucci facilitates branch office acquisition, integration

Rochester, NY - October 22, 2002

LPA Systems, Inc., announced today that John Antonucci, former Managing Director of the Upstate New York Branch of Idea Integration Corporation, has joined the company as Senior Business Development Manager. In this newly created position, Mr. Antonucci is responsible for major account development and strategic sales penetration of the New York State government.

"John brings a wealth of experience and skills to the table that will help us extend our customer base and reputation across New York State," said LPA’s Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. "Not only is he a strong player in the business development arena but he has already proven to be a stabilizing force in the assimilation of the Idea Integration people and assets."

Last month, LPA Systems acquired the operations and client relationships of the Rochester branch office of Idea Integration Corporation, one of the largest providers of e-business consulting and systems integration solutions in the U.S. Jim Albert, Senior Vice President of Idea Integration, explained, "As our strategy has evolved, we have been narrowing our focus to deliver regionally-based solutions in the ten largest urban centers in the country." LPA President, Don Soule, noted that "John was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition of the people and accounts into the LPA Systems family. The care he showed for his people and the manner in which he worked with transitioning clients tell me how fortunate we are to have him on our team."

Prior to his position at Idea Integration, Mr. Antonucci was General Manager of Entex Information Services, during which time he managed major outsourced service contracts with Corning, Inc., Bausch & Lomb and other large clients in western New York. He also held sales and sales management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and Data General Corporation. Mr. Antonucci earned a B.A. from the State University of New York at Oswego and an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany.
