Senior Cognos ETL Consultant

LPA Systems has immediate openings for Senior Cognos ETL Consultants. You will deliver high quality consulting services utilizing Cognos Data Manager. In addition, the Consultant may provide sales support and onsite knowledge transfer.

• Perform installation and configuration of Cognos software on customer hardware (both Windows and Unix)
• Perform analysis of ETL requirements
• Design and develop ETL solutions
• Advise customers on best practices for ETL deployments
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of the entire Cognos product line
• Actively seek additional services revenue across the client organization
• Develop close relationships with executives and managers in client's IT and business departments
• Provide knowledge-transfer services to customers

Mandatory Skills/Experience

• Minimum five years ETL experience
• Minimum three years experience with Cognos ETL tools
• Minimum one year experience with Data Manager
• Demonstrated grasp of entire Cognos BI product line
• Demonstrated expertise in complex ETL design and development using Data Manager
• Demonstrated expertise in Data Warehouse Architecture & Design

Location: Generally Northeast United States

Travel: Willing to travel as needed, generally in the Northeastern U.S.

Must be currently eligible to work in the United States
