Donald Soule President Don Soule joined LPA Software, Inc. in 1978 and built the Consulting and Application Development organizations before moving into Product Development as Vice President. Under his direction, the company's software development operation extended a record of steady growth and profitability for more than twenty years. As co-founder of LPA Systems, Inc., he negotiated the purchase of assets from Xelus, Inc. to establish the foundation of the new company in 2002. Mr. Soule is an active board member of business and philanthropic organizations in the Rochester community. He has a B.A. from Earlham College, a CPA, and an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester's Simon School. |

Katrina Adams Vice President Katrina Adams graduated from Queen's University in Belfast, Northern Ireland, with B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Applied Mathematics. She has held positions in project and development management at corporations in the U.K. and across the U.S., including Glaxo Pharmaceutical and Corning Glassworks. Dr. Adams joined Xelus, Inc., then LPA Software, in 1996 and advanced to become the Director of Custom Software Development, heading up many of the projects that transferred to LPA Systems as part of the asset purchase in 2002. She is a co-founder of the company and nominated IT Woman of the Year in 2002 by The Association for Women in Computing. |
